WHAT WE DO
At AEIL, we explore the availability of manganese ore at the various interior mining sites, and upon identifying such mines, we enter into legalized short term/ long term supply agreements or joint ventures with the license holder. Our trading activities and partnerships are strictly done only with legitimate license holders abiding by the laws of the land . Upon entering into mutual agreement, we provide the local miners with the required basic support such as tools and other provisions so that it would enable them to employ local citizens in the region and carry out their mining operations at their assigned sites. The extracted material is then periodically collected and moved to AEIL stock yards for sorting, screening, washing processes. We adopt a hand in hand working policy by which local small miners can are assured of regular income if they have the willingness to work. We propose suitable, ideal and long term solutions to our clients on material supply process for their continued business operations at competitive costs. Based on the buyers requirement of Mn grade, composition and quantity, we source the right material from the mines. The basic testing of ore to ascertain the grade and composition is carried out at designated labs and upon confirming the grade and specifications, the material extraction is assigned to the license holder and upon extraction it is moved to the AEIL yard. Screening and sorting is carried out based on the clients requirements and supply agreement. At sites where manpower and facility for screening and sorting is available, these activities are normally carried out there to enable final loading and dispatch. As a trading partner to our clients, we also facilitate in the logistics and forwarding requirements of consignments upon the clients request at competitive costs, through our associated C&F agents, transporters and Shipping lines, in a time bound manner.
OUR MINERAL ORES
Our Manganese ore are mainly from the Mansa, Serenje & Mukushi regions of Zambia, the
manganese ore of this region is known for its high Mn, MnO & MnO2 grades.
Our experienced team is always on constant search for prospective sites, whether small of large
irrespective of grades as AEIL has a client base where all grades of manganese ore are in demand.
Upon specific request we also source and supply other mineral ores (for Base metals such as Cobalt,
Iron, Lead, Zinc).
Apart from mineral ores for base metals, AEIL also facilitates in the purchase and supply of high
grade Dolomite marble blocks, dolomite chips and powder, granite blocks, quartz & limestone.
